Default Anxiety after illnesses

I was wondering if anybody has problems with physical symptoms of anxiety after illnesses like the flu or colds?

All the time. I have health anxiety so I always worry that something is worse than what it is. I'm reassured that its nothing but my anxiety and nothing is physically wrong with me.

Absolutely! I am pretty much over a stomach bug, but I am struggling to go back to eating "normal" foods because I have bad emetophobia (fear of vomiting). Baby steps I suppose.
