Default Through the Roof!

My anxiety has been through the roof! I know some of it is financial stuff (mostly being unwise) and some of it about finding a new home for my dog. I canít get it to calm down! Want to give in to the urge to majorly restrict.

Hi JessHarp! I'm feeling for you! Hope this isn't horribly lame, but sometimes I think of my finances as a video game. I remember that money is not really real, and it helps me. Hope it helps you.
