Default Complaining

I have had many panic attacks. I have bad anxiety. I feel down a lot. I feel desperate a lot. I get a weird sensation like pressure in the right cheek. I get tingling in my forehead. I get this very strange sensation in the back of my head. I often feel too weird to talk to people. I get pain behind my eyes. I usually feel like watching videos or movies, or reading is too much stimulation for me and can bring on anxiety. These are my symptoms. I experience them daily. My life is miserable. I have no job. I have no social life at all. I barely talk to anyone. Why am I like this? Why are there no answers? I sometimes just want to die. I will never live life again.

I'm sorry you're having a tough time. Do you take medication for your anxiety? I do and it really help. There are also phone apps that help with anxiety as well as workbooks and books along with therapy. Please reach out. You deserve a better quality of life. Sending big hugs.
