Not too anxious today. Remembered to take my anxiety medication so that probably helped. Can't complain.

my anxiety has been to the moon lately. I had triggerpoint on my back Monday,and not sure of side affects.

Quite anxious. I hit a curb hard last night and worry I've bent the rim or worse. I have an 8hr drive home tomorrow and I am panicing my tire will go flat or the wheel will fall off enroute.

My anxiety was bad this morning since I had a psychiatrist's appointment and I didn't know what to expect. It didn't go well at all, but strangely that doesn't bother me too much. I think just getting out and experiencing it reminded me that reality isn't anywhere near as bad as what I make things out to be in my head.

Very anxious today. I quit alcohol (yay!), but have been binging hard on chocolates and sugar.

I keep worrying about the weather for my trip this weekend. It keeps alternating between flurries, rain, wind, and then nothing at all.

Had to mail three packages today. Was anxious about it but I did it. My anxiety was manageable the rest of the day.

I have different types of anxiety. theres just plain anxiety, and then thereís the anxiety because your about to get physically sick, so it really wasnít anxiety in the first place, and then thereís nerves. Then sometimes they all mix together. I think Iím a cross between getting physically sick and nerves.
