Default What does this even mean?

“Be proud of yourself” - this does not compute. I guess it shows how “successful” my PUS (parental units ) were as I’m shame based just for existing. and if I could “move on” from that I would. I haven’t found the magic switch. And apologies for the non endearing post. I’m not feeling at all endearing.

I think I’m going to have to cut down on alcohol as it’s probably contributing to making me sick

Fuzzy,
It's good that you're taking a look at your drinking. I don't know if you're on any meds or not, but if you are the alcohol will interfere with their effectiveness.

Also alcohol is a depressant, so it tends to make depression worse in the long term.

Good luck on cutting down.
