My Mood: does one hit of pot in 17yrs mean I fell off wagon?

Default does one hit of pot in 17yrs mean I fell off wagon?

If you do one hit of pot after 17yrs of nothing and I did everything before mean i'm off the wagon? Do I have to tell my Pdoc? I'm afraid she'll drop me

If a pdoc would drop me for taking one hit, I would be looking for another pdoc. Help us through thick and thin - that's the job. If she wants to work with perfect people she chose the wrong field IMO. I want to be completely open with my caregivers.

I wouldn't get real concerned with a little hit of weed. If your pdoc has a major issue, I agree with others...find a new one.

Cannabis is nonaddictive and has many health benefits. It is one of the earth's most valuable medicines.

I'm not too sure. With alcoholism it seems like the person has to stay clear of it completely for long time.
I would say that as long as you are using cannabis in a recreational sense its ok. You just have to not let it become a habit.
I have never smoked but I don't think it will agree with me. I have to be careful with alcohol too. I am good at gauging my moods now.
I bet you are too and these drugs were a way for you to self medicate.
I would not stay on antidepressants long if you are prescribed because they affect your heart.
If you have kicked the habit once, then the resources to stop are still inside you.
