Default reducing Abilify

I used to be on 30mg of Abilify to help with psychosis and bipolar. I got the doctor to reduce from 30 to 20mg, and then to 10mg, which I've been on for years. Now I'm on 5mg and doing well. My goal is to go down to 2mg and then off of it. I haven't been on the 5mg for too long, so I can't tell if I'm going to lose any weight or not. I'm extremely diabetic and so I am concerned about how Abilify worsens that condition.

But mentally I feel really well. I wondered if anyone else has tried this with their doctor? I really think I had an acute psychotic episode and the doctors figured I'd be on it for life. But I believe things are straightening out.
