Smile Re: Exercise to manage mental illness?

Yes for me I feel much better if can exercise and in the past have done yoga and meditation. Now walk 30 minutes or more per day since have a dog. If just starting out exercising get doctor’s approval if really out of shape or past 40-45 years old and can walk 10 minutes at a time 2-3 times per day.
