Well... I don't think I can tell you what you should do. But one thing I believe I can say with confidence is that not getting out of your house is only going to make matters worse. The more time you spend at home, the harder it's going to be to go out & do what you need to do, whatever that is. So, unless you have the financial means to support yourself without working throughout your life, & the willingness to be at home alone all the time, it's going to be really important for you to figure something out.

Where I live, students can attend high school on-line. (I wish that had been an option when I was in school.) But, while something like that might work in terms of completing your high school education, it's not going to solve your anxiety & panic attack problems. You'd want to be sure & have some activities you could pursue out in the community as well.

I doubt I need to tell you what the mental health services options are... therapy, medications, etc. However here are links to some articles, from PsychCentral's archives, on things you can do day-to-day to cope with social anxiety, anxiety in general & panic attacks.
