Default Overwhelming myself with healthy lifestyle changes.

I'm trying to eat good, workout, cut back on fast food. But I overwhelm myself, the thing is I tend to just go all out cold turkey and drop all addictions and everything that I was used to before I don't know if this is a symptom of OCD or something. How do I make a healthy lifestyle change without overwhelming myself and feeling burned out???
