Default Hating work - difficult with MI

I've just come out of hospital after a melt-down.
I'm hating my job. I can't concentrate, nor get excited.
I Work for the South African branch of Walmart, in their head office.

As I walked in here today, being my first day back, I was told I have a new boss. I nearly landed in tears. My old boss knew about my MI and supported me. This new one is so highly strong and appears cold (he's been in the company for a while, so I do know him). I am scares about what the future holds now.

I guess that new boss was quite a shock--and a change you don't need right now. However, I suggest you give him a chance. Who knows, he might be playing Mister Tough Guy at first and also feel a bit uncomfortable, too. Glad you're back out, anyway. Just try to take it easy by not anticipating negative events. Okay?

I am trying to live in the moment and just take each step as it comes. Baby steps.
