Trig Strong urges, need a hug

I am having strong urges right now to SI. I've been pretty depressed lately but today I was very depressed. The only thing I can think that may have caused it was that my schedule changed for today because a plumber came to the house this morning. I had to stay home from work this morning to let him in. I didn't get to work until 11:30. Changes in my schedule usually negatively affects my mood. I think my urges right now are due to my very depressed mood. I can't stand this depression anymore.

((agma)) - praying the urges will pass and the bad feelings will drift away.

Are you in therapy?

Thanks for the hugs everyone. Yes, I am in therapy, and I saw my t earlier today. The session went pretty well. I am not feeling as good as I usually do following a session though.

Are you working on your depression and your SI with your T (if you don't mind me asking)?

Yes, but this depressive episode is not going away . I was only cutting once a week, but now I cut today for the 2nd time this week. Something happened that made me really upset today. I called my h because I couldn't find my cell phone at work. I just wanted him to call it so I could find it. When I told him that I lost my cell phone, he said "I can't deal with this now", and he sounded irritated. What I heard was "I am too busy to deal with you right now". I understand that he is super busy at work, but it isn't like I was asking for that much or that I asked for stuff that often. I felt like he was putting his work a head of me and that he didn't care about me. I couldn't stand it so I went home and cut, and I was having a strong urge to OD. I didn't OD right away because I had to go back to work for a couple of hours. I just got home 10 minutes ago and I OD'd on Tylenol (not enough to kill me). I still feel like crap though.

Otherwise your relationship is good? In your profile you speak well of your husband. Maybe he was just really stressed at work and he just couldn't handle any more? Have you ever been like that. I know that I have and I know that my husband has too.

Yes, our relationship is good. He accepts me and understands my mental illness the best that he can. I know he is really busy and stressed at work, but it worries me that if something really bad were to happen that he wouldn't be there for me.
