It comes in power and in juice-NOni Juice. I have to mix the powder in with hotchocolate each morning and every evening and it is powerful and most of the time keeps me very even and I notice less mood swinging. I have to be taking it for two weeks for it to be effective but I notice right away the calming effect it has and I begin sleeping better right away. During the day, I feel as I said eariler even and balanced. I would say I take about 4 to 8 tablespoons of Morinda Citrafolia powder each day.

Pros: It seems to work as far as leveling me out.
Cons: It makes me gain weight.

I lost my medical insurance, so my psychiatrist gave me a prescription for Valproic Acid.
It's only like $125 for 30 pills. I still have some Depakote left, so I have not tried it yet.
I will post a review on it after I have taken for 30 days.

Pros: it worked excellent
Cons: but i gained 150lb's. i stopped using it

it stabilized my moods,stopped my temporal lobe epilepsy, loved it

Pros: none
Cons: mind was dead, massive weight gain (100 lbs)

This drug did not provide stability for my bipolar disorder. It did, however, cause me to gain an excessive amount of weight. Additionally, my mind was dull and in a fog. My mind felt numb. I can't say what you should do but I will NEVER take it again.

Pros: it helped me at first but its not really working any more! i've been on it at the same doseage for about a year! i'm not sure if your suppose to increase it over time but it definately isn't working for me anymore!
Cons: i don't really have any neg. aspects from it unless i don't take it at all!
