My copy was published in c2000. Much more has been learned about PTSD since that time, but mainly information that adds to what is written in this great book!
This is a must for anyone trying to manage the beast of PTSD. It is also a good sourcebook for clinicians, in my opinion, and certainly for family, and friends of the sufferer.
While not a workbook,per se, there are many pages of lists and blank sample forms for organizing the path to recovery.
