Pros: Excellent for focus(ADD), concentration and higher learning ability,
Cons: none.

I have used this product for some time now. Excellent. Improves focus,and general sense of wellbeing. I have seen the effects it has on my boyfriend as well. Check out the research on it. It has been clinically studied. I also notice having vivid dreams when taking it.
