This was my first book I read about BPD after being diagnosed and acknowledging it. For so many years I refused to believe that I had a personality disorder... but I went ahead and did some research and read this book. I couldn't put it down! I was stunned -- was this book written about me!? I re-read the book multiple times over a long weekend, continually going back and taking notes.
This book opened my eyes. It may not be the "best" BPD book but I am grateful that I had the opportunity to read it. It changed my life...and probably saved my life as well. Great introduction to learning and understanding BPD.
