This is our community calendar. It shows holidays, birthdays, and our weekly self-help support group chats. Psych Central hosts a number of peer-run self-help support groups, as well as two weekly Q&A sessions with Dr. John Grohol. Chats meet every week in our live chat rooms. Groups are held either in the Auditorium, or a special chat room setup for the chat. Group leaders listed have volunteered to help guide the group every week. They are fellow community members, not professionals.
